Spicy Pimento Sub

Sandwiches don’t get the credit they’re due sometimes but this spicy panini is living the high life. 

A favorite, easy and delicious panini, infused with THC for a weekend picnic or a Cannabis themed edibles brunch. Satisfying and delicious with just enough grass to get your engine going. The peppers here really add a kick and if needed, a vegan bacon will be just as delicious if that’s your thing. If you’re going for deli

1 pieces Jalapeño Foccacia 

1/2 tablespoon infused EVOO

Roasted red peppers 

Mexican cheese

Jack cheese 

Turkey breast

Paprika 

Spicy brown mustard 

½ tablespoon decarbed kief (optional) 

½ tablespoons regular EVOO (optional) 

Slice open focaccia and drizzle with 1 tablespoon infused EVOO. Fill sandwiches with peppers, cheeses and turkey breast. Sprinkle with paprika.  

Mix mustard well with decarbed kief and ½ tablespoon regular EVOO. Add mustard to the sandwich to taste and place in the sandwich press and grill until golden and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
