This breakfast smoothie is light, healthy and bursting with fruit and nuts with some greens mixed in for a vitamin boost that will keep your energy up all the way to lunch. We love using frozen berries for this as they’re usually harvested at their peak and makes it incredibly easy to have them on hand for an impromptu smoothie. They’ll also help keep your treat cold and refreshing for as long as possible!
1 basket frozen berries
1 handful walnuts
1 handful baby spinach
¼ cup coconut water
½ teaspoon pearl mineral blend
1 tablespoon mucuna powder
1 ½ tablespoon cannabis infused coconut oil
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until desired texture
