The keto diet is here to stay so why not find a way to DIY perfectly indulgent brownies for everyone at the table. The key here is quality cocoa powder! Don’t neglect it.
If the baking dish starts to bubble over and look a little too oily, don’t worry! It’s normal and you shouldn’t pour any of it off. It’ll ruin them. Trust the recipe.
These are delicious warm but I find they get even better after a night in the fridge. Fudge-like and decadent, these will delight you and guests alike.
Ingredients
2 eggs
120g Cannabutter (or Infused Coconut Oil)
80g almond flour
70g cocoa (unsweetened)
100g Truvia (erythritol) (80g preferred)
A pinch of salt
- Melt butter, cocoa powder, erythritol and salt in a microwave or on a stove. Allow to cool enough so that eggs don’t get cooked once you add them in.
- Stir in eggs and blend fully.
- Add almond flour and stir until fully blended in.
- Pour into greased pan and bake for 30 minutes at 280F.
